Support the OSU Marching and Athletic Bands

There are many ways to show your support to the OSU Marching and Athletic Bands. Thank you in advance for your generosity in supporting the finest marching band program in the country.

“OSU Marching Band” license plates are now available from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, to honor and support The Ohio State University Marching Band! $25 from the sale/registration of each plate will go to support the TBDBITL Script Ohio Endowment fund at OSU. Ohio residents may order the plates at oplates.com or at your local deputy registrar.

Naming Opportunities

Ohio Stadium is home to one of the country’s finest collegiate marching band rehearsal facilities – the Joan Zieg Steinbrenner Band Center. Just South of the Ohio Stadium and adjacent to the Buckeye Grove is the OSUMB practice field. The state-of-the-art audio and video technology in the Band Center and at the practice field are possible only through the generosity of band fans and alumni like you.  The OSUMB would like to THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH! But we’re not finished yet!

If you would still like to assist in putting the finishing touches on the Band Center or the Practice Field, there are many levels of giving open to you, should you prefer, you can choose to make your contribution over an extended period of time.

A gift of $2,500 allows the donor to “place their name” on a “chair” with an instrument family. Over 80 chairs have been assigned so far. Donor dedications are on display in the Band Center.  You can go to www.tbdbitl.com or call 614-292-2598 for more information.

Gifts of any size are welcome. You can choose to use your credit card for one time or monthly donations, and you can pledge your gift over time. Be sure to check with your employer about matching gifts too.
